Field services and customer handling and provide solutions.
Working as a maintenance engineer, responsible to maintain rubber tyre gantry cranes as per process run. Troubleshooting, fault finding, follow up. Maintain inventory, deal with vendors.
Working as an Electronic Engineer, reporting to Chief Engineer, responsible for the maintenance department to maintain all machineries up to date as per process runs including trouble shooting, electrical panels fault findings, new electrical panel designing, new logical circuit designing, electronic cards repairing, PLC Programming, PLC fault finding. The factory have complete PLC based & non PLC based Textile Machinery, such as Stenters, Packing, Mercerizing, Raising machine, Sanforising machine, Bleaching machines, Washing machine, Cylinder dryer and Printing machines from Zimmer, RDW, Stork Germany.
Major Responsibilities:
Installation, testing and commissioning of PLC based machine including HMI.
Working on Siemens PLC S7-300, Mitsubishi and OMRON.
Installation, testing, commissioning and calibration and configuration of field instrumentation.
Flow meters, Receivers, Transmitter, Thermocouple, level sensors, RTD, Load cell.
Working on seam detector and metal detector.
Troubleshooting of Machines used in the Textile Industry (Monfort, Reggiani, raising, winch, singeing & bleaching).
Fault finding and Repairing of Inverters.
Working experience on DC Drives.
Good knowledge of Electrical Distribution Systems and power supplies/UPS.
