I am part of the project Citi Prepaid Services. We basically work with the system to provide support regarding prepaid debit cards issued by Citi Bank. We help cardholders set up and activate their accounts, answer calls about balance inquiry and any issues face by cardholders while using their cards.
-Worked with LWD and DD Engineers on the rig to drill wells and supervise the drilling progress throughout it's various stages from pre-drilling preparations to the last stage of data delivery to the client.
-Worked as a trainee Account Manager in Sales, where I was being trained in Customer Relationship Building and presentation of company's services and products.
-Acquired a five-year Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Honor) -Worked in a team on a project of designing an Automatic Mobile Winch.
