Participated in developing company’s strategies and business & operation plans and assisted in implementing new strategies towards Public Private Partnership, Master Planning, and Asset Management, amongst other initiatives.
Drew and implemented the pre-construction processes of Company projects and managed 3 departments’ activities in PMO over different periods: 1- Planning/ Programming, 2- Design, 3- Procurement & Tendering.
Created a financing structure model for a Private-Public-Partnership (PPP) program, in line with KSA vision 2030, and assisted in documenting its marketing material.
Participated in costing, scheduling, and packaging construction projects of over 800 school buildings, facilities management projects and programs (O&M of 6, 500+ schools and renovating 2, 400+ building) for the Ministry of Education.
Developed detailed Business Plans for various MOE Initiatives under the process of implementing National Transformation Program of the KSA Vision 2030, including defining deliverables, budget allocation, scheduling, and drafting execution contracts.
Assisted the Company in its Annual Budgeting, Projects & Program Planning (construction & facilities management), Corporate Communication, and Business Development.
Produced company annual reports and official periodic reports to MOE amongst other corporate presentation material.
Developed, with the Deputy Minister, the Future Work Strategies (Business Plan) for the Building Agency, including privatization scenarios.

In charge of all activities of the architectural & urban development consultancy office and headed the feasibility & marketing studies, value engineering, as well as property developments in the industrial, real estate, commercial, and tourism sectors.
Managed a team of over 220 architects, engineers and supporting staff in the HQ office in Riyadh, Madinah branch as well as 40 different construction sites.
Managed the day-to-day activities of Consultancy & Project Management in Jeddah. Successfully executed Design & Build commercial rush projects and Managed a comprehensive marketing & financial feasibility study for a beach resort in Jeddah.
Expanded the Interior Design Division business of this family establishment by twofold. Executed design & build of various VIP residential buildings and over 25 showrooms/ retail outlets. In 2003, assisted in opening a branch in Riyadh.
Coordinated with SIDF and local banks to grant 75% of company’s required capital. Also managed factory construction supervision, commercial contracts, instruction manual & products design, and systemized company’s cost control system.
Directed studies & projects analysis, related to customer inquiries & services. Also headed the Marketing and Sales department for 1 year during which, strategic marketing plans were setup and yielded improved sales by three folds.
Developed a Real Estate Database System for the Building Division of Scottish Health Board, and participated in the development of Facilities Information Management System as well as Training of AutoCAD users.
Coordinated with Pilkington Glass Ltd. and the British Council R&D, for the partial financing and implementation of an EEC-funded project “Passys”. Also prepared Test Site Facilities and processed data for the energy performance of different passive solar building components in order to validate the ESP energy simulation program.
