Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through Tele
calling and social media
• Arranging Meetings with potential client and listening their
concern.
• Build and maintain relationship with clients and prospects.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better result.
• Negotiating rates and handle the complaints.
• Responding to incoming emails and sending quotations.
• Aiming to achieve monthly target.
• Coordination with drivers and customers
• Collect and analyze information and prepare customer
data, sales report.
Handling walk-in clients and giving demonstration of Sony
mobiles to them.
• Explaining the key benefits and features of the products and
assist customers with their choices of products.
• Responsible to increase sales of Sony mobiles and achieve
given target for the month.
• Preparing sales report and e-mail it to manager.
• Making sure all the visual merchandise are intact at each
counter.
Giving a walk through to the customer for the product of
their choice.
• Maintain maximum customer satisfaction.
• Increase product knowledge through training. Keep
updated with key points to tackle competitor’s line of
products.
