- As a member of the administration management team contributes to the formulation and implementation of the HR function strategy and plans as appropriate in order to achieve the function/business line needs and objectives.
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the human resources department, providing expertise, encouraging and ensuring teamwork, aligning work processes in order to achieve high performance standards, meet established targets, objectives and employee engagement in a motivated work environment.
- Writes and reviews HR policies with the view of presenting them to management for acceptance and communicates accepted policy to concerned employees and ensures that the policies are being correctly followed.
- Oversees and reviews payroll activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Manages voluntary and involuntary termination process to ensure that it is carried out according to procedure and Saudi Labor Law in order to safeguard the Company’s interests.

1) Resaving and preparation the daily orders as(Definition Letter- Vacation-Passportation-Iqamah- tickets Allowance -Housing Allowance -Clearance Paper for Employee of the company and Contractors (Exit-reentry)and following up with governmental Reprising to Finish the job. IN Emergency cases I have to go to the passportaation office.
2) Following the daily Attendance, Problems, and daily reporting to the Head office in Dammam and making the monthly report for the number of worker in the plant.
3) Resaving all workers orders and sends it to the Administration to provide the plant by worker.
4) Collect All the Time sheet from all departments head and process it in system (S A P) to make the Payroll. Also for All Contract Company.
5) Resaving all employment request and Coordination with department head and plant manager to date the interview.
6) Daily arrange, All HR Documentation.
7) Making the Reservation and coordinating with between the Employee and the reservation office.
8) Making the all hotel reservation.
9) Following up All the Drivers of the plant and coordinating with the employee who needs to go to hospital. And visitors and plant necessary.
10) Covering the plant secretary in case of the vacation.
11) Following up All Ministries To Approved All Documents or Letters or all company Businesses as Police office, sea port, Social-Insurance, Electrecal company, External Ministry, Eternal ministry, chamber of commerce, Immegration office, Embassyies, Sival Defiance &muncipauty, Judicial, Traffic office .
