markets. Playing an essential role in developing future growth by providing vision & direction and
leading the assigned territory.

Started the software business unit at Nets. I was responsible for the overall business up to the P&L of the Unit. Onboarded two strategic customers (Saudi Export Development Authority & BUPA Arabia) for
the software business and built a strong pipeline for the year.
The primary focus of my responsibilities included:
• Developed Go-to-Market strategies.
• Lead all IBM Watson portfolio sales & business development including key account
management, customer relationship, contract negotiations and order fulfillment.
• Monitored Sales Department performance against KPIs.
• Proposed new initiatives to continually improve the effectiveness of Business Sales.
• Closely analyzed market developments and competitors’ activities.
• Oversee Business Sales contracts for all products/services.
• Build customer satisfaction with new tailored products/services.
Achievements:
• Onboarded Philips & Morris as the first IBM customer to Avanza Innovations.
• Introduced Avanza Innovations in the Saudi market and managed to sell IBM Tealeaf to one of
the online retailers in Riyadh.
• Signed services contract for a year with an online retailer.
Started Royal Cyber’s operations in 2009 individually in a small room. With a lot of hard work, focus and dedication successfully built the corporate brand “Royal Cyber Inc”. in Saudi Arabia from its inception to make it among the Top SI company in the Kingdom.
Progressed to the Regional Sales Manager GCC role, by introducing the company to other GCC
countries and won the trust of customers, partners and other SIs in delivering cutting-edge I.T
services.
• Delivered PS to major banks (KSA, Bahrain, Oman UAE), telcos, insurance companies and
government authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Focused on Mobility, Implementing SDLC transformation for enterprise organizations and
B2B integration between different financial sectors.

Worked closely with IBM KSA as a trusted reseller for below IBM software and opened a reselling
LOB within the company.
