Job Profile
•Establish, manage and maintain the Quality Control Program as per project specifications and contract.
•Conduct, manage, coordinate and implement the three phases of control i.e., Preparatory phase, Initial Phase and Follow-up phase.
•Ensure testing is performed and provide QC certifications and documentation as per the requirement of contract.
•Review of documentation prepared by the QC Specialists, Testing Laboratory personnel and any other inspection and testing personnel.
•Responsible for all Quality Control related activities of the project.
•Complete Project Management including Site management.
•Quantity surveying including contract administration, Cost control and management.
•Responsible for Consultant, Safety inspections.
•Administrating & Coordinating construction works.
•Co-ordination with Electrical & Mechanical Dept/Design Consultants to ensure timely completion of works.
•Observing Daily and weekly Task.
•Responsible for all execution on site.
•Sending Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports to all concerned departments.
•Communication with Local authorities.
•Negotiating with Sub- Contractors for better execution in compliance of contract.
Computer Cognizance
•Primavera and PPM (P6 - both web and client version)
•Microsoft Office Package
•Well versed with AUTOCADD
