❏ Acquire companies that have no significant revenue history by selling our recruitment products & services. ❏ Client acquisition and Client rétention. ❏ Increase sell the transaction value from existing clients. ❏ Cross - or up-sell the existing clients as per the needs. ❏ Work towards maximizing profit and growth through the formulation and development of new plans, initiatives, long-term client relationships and key business strategies. ❏ Focusing on constant revenue generation from a database of 30 Million accounts. . ❏ Give online demonstrations to clients in order to handle objections and convince customers to buy. ❏ Prepare proposals to sell services that address the client’s needs. ❏ Initiate and develop a strong relationship with companies who have recruitment needs. ❏ Extensive coordination with Finance Department to ensure timely payments & follow ups. ❏ Extensive utilization of CRM and SMS Management Systems. ❏ Team management, achieving self-target and contribute on achieving team target.
