Manage the most important accounts in the WRO
Develop a good working relationship with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and customer retention.
Interacts and communicates with the clients on regular basis to determine changing requirements and preferences.
Perform continuous market analysis and research on the dynamics of the account.
Maintain effective working relationships, complete sales and contracting, and gather feedback on satisfaction- Gather information on products, share feedback from the market, and follow up on issues on behalf of clients- Report on progress or performance and escalate issues or approval requests- Review performance, provide feedback and development- Review and quality assure all services and work- products delivered by the department/unit in accordance with established policies and procedures- Devise and improve operational procedures and policies in line with corporate and strategic guidance- Deploy allocated resources for optimal performance and provide feedback to the direct line manager on resource requirements- Monitor staff achievements, perform periodic performance appraisals, and provide guidance or coaching to direct reports in performing their delegated duties- Ensure that all direct reports acquire the competencies for effective performance in their roles, through appropriate training and professional development- Review regular performance reports prepared by direct reports and identify issues for resolution or escalation- Ensure the performance of duties and conduct of staff are in accordance with the departmental/unit business processes and operating procedures- Optimize the use of available resources across the unit in carrying out assigned duties, to ensure work meets agreed standards for timeliness and quality- Negotiate terms of sales and contracting with clients and brokers- Participate in regular conversations with key clients to evaluate their needs and satisfaction levels- Resolve complex issues in client service, by gathering information across clients, underwriting, claims, nance and the care unit- Compile client feedback and advise SBU underwriting and claims teams about suggestions and recommendations to improve products or client-facing processes

ofces. (Business Development): - Client visits for retention & business development. - Cross selling when opportunity arises. (Accounting & Finance): - Generating/Billing invoices. - Keeping record of collections and transactions. - Collection & Allocation of funds. - Reconciliation of Accounts. - Preparing Forecast & Budget
