Responsible for IBS team for Huawei-Etisalat project and responsible for all SSV acceptance as
Customer Interface with Etisalat & Troubleshooting/Optimization of LTE IBS related issue
Currently dedicated on NB-IOT trial for Huawei-Etisalat project designed for parking sensors
Worked on TDD, Vo-LTE activities and have full command.
Monitoring major KPIs of assigned sites (CDR, RRC setup success %, CSFB, eRAB success %,
Throughput, LTE HO success %, DCR, HOSR etc) and LTE KPI degradation/ worst cell analysis.
Low throughput troubleshooting (TXN, Single Antenna Interference, PCI Conflicts, etc.)
Optimizing Network issues by Physical/Parametric audits and Responsible for Change in Electrical
and Mechanical Tilt, Azimuth for Outdoor site to optimize IBS Coverage.
Troubleshooting of CSFB, HO and other failures through layer 3 messages. Performing signaling
traces for troubleshooting.
Analyzing Design and serving related issues and working with IM team to resolve implementation
issues on Sites
Coordinating with Access team to arrange access at VVIP places like palaces, Malls, Hotels etc
Optimizing Drive Test log files for Network performance evaluation using Genex Probe and Genex
assistant 3.6, 3.14, 3.15, 3.16 for GSM, WCDMA and LTE.
Post processing of the log files in Genex for required parameters defined by the customer..
Responsible for Analysis of Call Drop, Call Setup failure, Interference in network and Handover
Analysis.
Optimization to reduce Interference issue
CSFB, MOC/MTC analysis, LTE Carrier Aggregation analysis, LTE 800, LTE 1800, LTE 2100 and LTE
2600 Testing and troubleshooting analysis.

Job Description:
Single Site Verification tests: This involved TRX Testing, Checking Inter-site and Intra-site
Handovers, Site Coverage Tests etc.
Analyzing basic functionality for 2G, 3G, 4G at Site and checking coverage test for all technologies
Identifying swap and rectifying the swaps with the help of riggers
• Optimizing and analyzes Pilot Coverage, CPICH, RSCP, Ec/Io, Pilot Pollution, RSRP, SINR
Accessibility and Mobility for Voice, PS Services.
• Knowledge of Channelization codes, Scrambling Codes, HSDPA
• Analyze all the 3G parameter regarding Data and I-RAT.
Optimizing cell sites by investigating capacity and coverage problem, Interference Analysis,
Dropped calls, Missing Neighbors, Coverage Holes, Non-Working sites or sectors.
Recommendations making as Defining missing RF parameters, Proposing antenna azimuth, tilt,
Channel, Adjusting handover etc
Primary verification of drive Test data and taking necessary corrective measures, like neighbor
list addition and interference analysis.
Verification of planning data in the drive test logs e.g. Neighbor relations, Handover parameters,
MA list, HSN, BCCH verification, MAIO, LAC etc.
Identification of faults and issues during the drive test e.g. sector swaps (complete & partial),
BCCH clashes, Handover failures, Call drops, bad Quality and Rx level patches, missing neighbors,
overshoots etc.

• Active monitoring of the network with effective trouble-shooting and minimizing down-time of Huawei BSS(Base Station Sub system)
• Alarm management, Configuration management, Security management, Performance management and real time monitoring through IManager M2000 and NETECO system.
• Take corrective maintenance actions against down sites and alarms at sites.
• Escalating down sites, down sectors & alarms to field teams for corrective & preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with field teams responsible for operations and maintenance and for media rectification issue providing network support of loop make/break test by logging in BSC (Base Station Controller).
• Provide support to field team by logging in RTN in IManager U2000 and providing support about connectivity’s and had sound knowledge of RTN 910/950/980
• Provide feedback to operator about corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance activities when required.
• Escalating issues to management team regarding critical & prolonged outages/issues.
• Provide technical support to field teams & site-engineers for rectification of faults.

• Fully Command on Microsoft Office (Specially in Word & Excel)
