Customer Interface with Etisalat & Troubleshooting/Optimization of LTE IBS related issue

 Currently dedicated on NB-IOT trial for Huawei-Etisalat project designed for parking sensors

 Worked on TDD, Vo-LTE activities and have full command.

 Monitoring major KPIs of assigned sites (CDR, RRC setup success %, CSFB, eRAB success %,

Throughput, LTE HO success %, DCR, HOSR etc) and LTE KPI degradation/ worst cell analysis.

 Low throughput troubleshooting (TXN, Single Antenna Interference, PCI Conflicts, etc.)

 Optimizing Network issues by Physical/Parametric audits and Responsible for Change in Electrical

and Mechanical Tilt, Azimuth for Outdoor site to optimize IBS Coverage. 

 Troubleshooting of CSFB, HO and other failures through layer 3 messages. Performing signaling

traces for troubleshooting.

 Analyzing Design and serving related issues and working with IM team to resolve implementation

issues on Sites

 Coordinating with Access team to arrange access at VVIP places like palaces, Malls, Hotels etc

 Optimizing Drive Test log files for Network performance evaluation using Genex Probe and Genex

assistant 3.6, 3.14, 3.15, 3.16 for GSM, WCDMA and LTE.

 Post processing of the log files in Genex for required parameters defined by the customer..

Job Description:

 Single Site Verification tests: This involved TRX Testing, Checking Inter-site and Intra-site

Handovers, Site Coverage Tests etc.

 Analyzing basic functionality for 2G, 3G, 4G at Site and checking coverage test for all technologies

 Identifying swap and rectifying the swaps with the help of riggers

• Optimizing and analyzes Pilot Coverage, CPICH, RSCP, Ec/Io, Pilot Pollution, RSRP, SINR

Accessibility and Mobility for Voice, PS Services.

• Knowledge of Channelization codes, Scrambling Codes, HSDPA

• Analyze all the 3G parameter regarding Data and I-RAT.

 Optimizing cell sites by investigating capacity and coverage problem, Interference Analysis,
