1.Give professional advice on vehicle servicing and maintenance matters.
2.Preparation of quotation for servicing and raise job orders / invoices.
3.Negotiate with vendor on spare part price / order spare part.
4.Ensure customer are updated with vehicle repair / service status/ maintenance.
5.Resolve in customers complain and rectify by giving solutions.
6.Attend to the needs of the customer’s
professionally and quickly such that the customer’s waiting time is
kept to the minimum.
