I work with stakeholders from all business units within Enterprise Telco Solutions and related third parties to define and document business processes and software requirements for technology initiatives, including online products, content management systems, business information systems, billing, CRM and many others. Project delivery management and control is part of my duties along with being accountable for end-to-end project progress stream and delivery.

Reporting to Director Service Management Office (IT Command Centre), I act as the single point of contact for projects delivery, for my customer(s), mobily commercial departments. I define the customer requirements in details, manage the system design and impact activity, manage and ensure professional development and enablement phase, and orchestrate the quality assurance (QA) along with the customer UAT to deliver the best quality of IT service. I plan and manage to deliver IT solutions end to end controlling direction, priorities, urgency, complexity, risks and 3rd parties. Encouraging teams and individuals by proper communications to guarantee professional environment is one major KPI of my duty. I work to keep a healthy atmosphere that facilitates high performance with quality to match my customer expectations. I coach my team and people to follow the best practices and flow the culture of having customer satisfaction as our first goal in our responsibility. We create a value to the maximum benefit for our customers. Reporting stream in my role always aligned with my management, EPMO office and customer. My role gave me a helicopter view for mobily’s consumer business and leverage my knowledge to the strategic level of visions.
Mastering and managing software development plans and projects and applying design activities to serve the essential software practices like quality, function and performance by applying the SDLC. I lead my team to improve their skills and their relations. My KPIs were focusing on supporting Customer Care and Call Centre by keeping their system up and running and to avoid any incident that might be impacting their business. That role leverages our level of loyalty and commitments to our work. I managed the Customer Care major Web Application and System which is one of the most critical systems for mobile's business per the policy of mobily disaster recovery.

I have been working in different roles in a team of professionals, serving Customer Care, Finance, Sales and other commercial departments in mobily, my roles used to vary from team leading, project delivery management, track leading (commercial requirements delivery), business requirements gathering, production area support, version control and release, being on-call 24/7 for support and communications establishment and management. All this besides being the owner of a Sales product that serves mobily partners in selling mobily's products and services.

Info2cell's development operations are based in Amman and Dubai, I am working in a senior position, leading my team and acting as an architect in developing and deploying applications and systems using the J2EE technology mainly for the telecom companies. I was leading another team specialized in the design, development and deployment of several applications for the handsets and mobiles using J2ME technology.
