• Prepare the scope of work for new approved projects based on client requirements
• A kick off meeting for the project to dispatch missions on on all concerned team leaders to start preparing required documents and drawings.
Synchronize Electro mechanical studies to achieve a good design studies.
• Check issued drawings for all different lots.
• Dispatch the approved tender drawings to site for execution.
• Manage time effectively and provide service on schedule.
• Coordinate with procurements to establish the right subcontractor.
•Study of all Quotations provided by procurements for different subcontractors and choose best of the best by reputations and profiles.

A Technical Quality Control senior Manager, in the ( Low Current and Telecommunication Fields ) for the following related systems: Fire Detection, security access, public address, TV distribution, Telephone distribution, CCTV, Networking, home theatres, computerized music systems and computer related hardware .supervise and consult with all designs, installation, drawings, testing and commissioning.:
Surveying site prior drawing execution in order to assist designers from “Oger International” office in France (In case of any modification or extension in an existing site)
Studying tender drawings and reporting for any kind of mismatch or non-possibility of execution on site
Following up the execution drawings and its approval prior work beginning
Surveying materials availability, man power, work execution and progress of subcontractor work
Controlling additional work orders, BOQ’s and subcontractor’s contract
performing testing, checking and giving clearances after work execution and reporting for any non-conformance with the drawings or with the NFC and IEC codes
Finding solutions for site problems between the Low Current subcontractor and any others
Doing testing and commissioning with the client representative (Maintenance department) at the last phase of work for all installed systems and equipments
Managing a group of Low current engineers on site
Reporting to the site project manager and coordinator
Reporting to the QA/QC department .
Acting as an interface between the main contractor and the site consultant
Projects: king abdallah palace, prince abdulaziz bin fahed, aljanadriah farm, khuzama farm, aljanadriah horse track...and others.

Supervise, install and maintain all kind of Networking media, PC related work stations and servers area fields.
A quality Control Assurance Engineer for IBM products : PC's, Memory Simms and power supplies.
