▸ Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle for key accounts across Telecom, Financial Services,
and Facility Management, overseeing contracts valued up to USD 1 Billion.
▸ Lead and manage a team of 6 contract specialists covering daily contract operations
including renewal of tower and infrastructure agreements, DIA, Fiber, Data Center uplift &
operations, MSAs, framework agreements, shared services, and shared revenue contracts.
▸ Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to optimize
contractual value and minimize risk exposure.
▸ Ensure compliance with sector-specific regulatory requirements including telecom licensing,
financial regulations, and health & safety standards in facility management.
▸ Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to streamline contract
processes and improve service delivery turnaround times.
▸ Monitor contract performance KPIs, identify variances, and implement corrective action
plans to meet contractual obligations.
▸ Lead dispute resolution and claims management processes, minimizing financial exposure
while preserving strategic business relationships.
▸ Prepare comprehensive contract status dashboards and management reports for senior
leadership, tracking risks, milestones, and opportunities.

Contract & PO Closure Management
▸ Responsible for end-to-end contract closure across all project delivery milestones including
Revenue, Shipment, Billing, Payment, Warranty, and Performance Bond release for key
accounts: Mobily, Salam (ITC), STC, Lebara, Atheeb, and Comatec.
▸ Coordinated internal and external contract closeout with Project Teams, Customers, and
Headquarters to achieve milestones on time.
▸ Analyzed internal contract change requests (C-part, S-part margin issues, unregistered items
in Isale) and approved PO amendments aligned to real-time customer SOW requirements.
Risk Management
▸ Published penalty deduction reports and offset penalty values using risk contingency
amounts; drafted Penalty Management frameworks for all STC projects.
▸ Managed Bank Guarantee releases in coordination with Finance, Treasury, and Client teams
upon achievement of PAC & FAC milestones.
▸ Assessed project risks, developed mitigation strategies, and aligned with Project Managers
to regulate penalty deduction ratios throughout the PO lifecycle.
▸ Evaluated contracts to proactively identify and mitigate risks at each project phase; provided
documentation support for year-end financial statement audits.
▸ Managed and validated PAT, MDT, and MOP delay/rejection justifications and executed DR
processes with PFC to ensure investment recovery before Work Order cancellation.
