Contracts
• Monitor and manage the Company's various registration documents, certifications, construction permits, project related permits, NOCs and work actively to ensure timely renewals.
• Preparing vendor registration documents, tenders, quotations & pre-qualification documents and Assure accuracy and appropriateness of contract text and attachments.
• Ensure that contracts and proposals are properly entered into organizational databases and securely maintained.
