• Providing freelanced project engineering consultancy to (Kilnbridge-Balfour Beatty JV) (England-UK) for a £21 Billion Project - Hinkley Point C Nuclear Power Station (Tunnelling and Marine Works).
• Working closely with the Project Manager and facilitating seamless support to drive end to end project activities within time and budget schedules.
• Driving quality circle movement to ascertain standard international quality parameters of the Nuclear Outfall Structure Construction (HPC Marine Works side).
• Worked as the Project Manager & Project Engineer Assistant with the accountability of the setting up on site construction plan and recommend future changes in the construction process.
• Planned and finalized the project manpower requirement based on the project complexity and site condition; reviewed designs and technical submittals and finalization of sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Resolved construction and design issues, controlled site activities while working out a detailed plan for the site activities based on the overall project while reviewing the progress action plans on weekly/monthly basis.
• Identified and managing project dependencies and the critical path, managing deliverables and delivery of project estimation while involved in process planning, modification and compliance for organizational growth.
• Performed value engineering on various projects and reviewing the operational practices while identifying the areas of obstruction and advising on system and process changes for qualitative improvement in productivity.
• Ascertained that pre-pour and post-pour quality checks are carried out and liaises with Quality Inspector.

• Successfully accomplished construction of a Reinforced Concrete Watertight Spillway lining to fully contain design flow.

• Contributed in creating project plans, schedule of activities, budget and cost estimates, planning, mobilizing, and deploying resources to deliver the project within defined time and costliness.
• Carried out activities related to site organisation charts and manpower requirements for the project, reviewing construction drawings as well as resolving any discrepancies to achieve process excellence.
• Handled all Site Engineering work aspects, including earthwork (cut & fill, profiles & slopes batters), reinforced concrete, drainages, grouting and tunnel work.
• Maintained seamless coordination with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
Worked on the University Atrium 2B Building project (Value: £14Millions).
•Spearheaded daily operations and direct labour, motivated all site personnel, promoted and enhanced the corporate image.
•Conducted site safety inductions and safety inspection on construction site as well as developed and implemented Method Statements and Risk Assessments (RAMS).
•Facilitated seamless support in the COSHH and Ecology assessment on construction site.
•Handled activities pertaining to setting out, levelling and surveying on site (total station, DUMPEE and GPS).
• Provided support to the project site material control processes and laboratory processes for projects.
• Clarified that the quality of the project is maintained to an agreed strategy with the Project Board; managing resource requests and project reporting. Controlled work execution, implemented solutions for quality/efficiency improvement.
