Coffee shops, restaurants, fastfood franchise (CHILI’S, PAPA JOHN’S, JONNY ROCKECTS, QUICK, KFC,
NEWREST TUNISIA, NEWREST RETAIL, JOE’Z PIZZA, TAKE5, ALTA COFFE) .
Manage all Catering Units: Upstream & Downstream, Business, Schools, Universities, Industry and Clinics
Main target is to maintain company high standards of quality and customer satisfaction while
perpetuate friendly and enjoyable work environment.
Ensure efficient and effective delivery of catering operations and designated services to the
client organization in accordance with the agreement of the contract; deliver the highest
possible standard of food with the resources available and within budget.
Ensure effective management of the team to ensure the delivery of both qualitative and
quantitative results.
Control the service offers for the client to the agreed specification and to the agreed
performance
Seek and identify opportunities and innovation for business growth & development.
Responsible for HSE compliance within the catering services.
Motivate, coach and train staff to perform to the highest standards and in line with
Company Policy.
Ensure hospitality is produced to the highest possible standard and is delivered to the
agreed specification.
Manage and control the effective operation of the company installations.
Responsible for buying and approving the acquisition of goods and services needed by
the company, also seeking reliable vendors or suppliers to provide quality goods at
reasonable prices.
Negotiating prices and contracts
Review and provide advice on contractual matters, agreements of all kinds, contracts, tenders, risks,
claims, disputes and all issues that are governed by contract with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
1. Source and contract with suppliers and service providers.
2. Monitor supplier’s performance, ensure service level agreements and key performance
Indicator and drive improvement.
3. Plan time and resources to ensure that demand is met and exceptional customer service is provided
4. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, deliver management information, ensure data quality
and appropriately communicate information
5. Assist in the procurement, ensuring best value through exploring different purchasing options, whilst
complying with the company procurement strategy.
6. Key point of contact for insurers, managing claims and contract renewal
7. Keep utilities contracts under review, recording usage and advising on best value for money.
8. Ensure that appropriate materials and equipment are available to ensure the successful
implementation of the maintenance plan
9. Record and track expenditure against cost codes within planned budget
Manage all Catering, Accommodation, Cleaning, maintenance and other services
Lead the Hygiene & Quality team in the certification of the BG restaurant obtaining
the HACCP 22000 V2005
Maintaining the contract of Oil& Gas BG Tunisia (onshore and offshore)
Signed a Contract with Diamond offshore(offshore, Drilling)
Signed long term contracts with the following companies for Onshore oil & gas
activities in the desert and the sea platforms of Tunisia
