• Oversaw the important responsibilities including contract
negotiations, procurement and the preparation of the TOPs, RFPs
• Worked closely for the technical supervision and the preparation of
the technical evaluation methods
• Orchestrated important responsibilities including the pre-
qualification of the main contractors, tender document reviews,
negotiations and representation
• Identified the loopholes in the project and made the effective use of
different strategies to overcome these
