- Over 10 years of Electro-Mechanical, Building Equipments, and HVAC technology, implemented in luxury properties and hotel’s operation & maintenance management in Lebanon and the Middle East.
- Accomplished installation and maintenance activities in a highly competitive and changing environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of engineering concepts pertaining to construction and operation & maintenance.
- In-depth knowledge of laundry & kitchen equipment, HVAC, water & sewage treatment, plumbing and electrical systems’ maintenance and service.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Spreadsheet, Visio, AutoCAD and Internet.
- Familiar with BMS & CMMS systems.
- Familiar with hospitality software such FIDELIO or QMS.
- Familiar with security & safety programs, Access and Parking controls of hotel industry.
- Possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to encourage and motivate maintenance and out-sourced teams.
- Exceptional team player, management, organizational, time management and communication skills.
- Familiar with housekeeping, F&B, front office and other hotel departments’ duties and concepts
- Ability to provide associated services and information to hotel HODs, guests and management.
