- Industrialize new vehicle products and process evolutions. Documented the QCD.
- Ensure the best level of material expertise to support QCD performance of both new organs and Projects
vehicles.
Contribute to achieve manufacturing performance
- Ensure responses and propositions for each technical problem.
- Direct quality-improvement and associate change-management initiatives for assembly line.
- Network to find most effective way of increasing performance through strategic cooperation and/or improving
productivity such us Lean Manufacturing deployment.
- Release cost reductions gained from improved system/process performance.
- Make productivity gains through multiple change and improvement initiatives.
- Optimized performance thus substantially reduction of the ''Transformation Value'' of produced vehicles by decreasing the price product and production expense.
- Deal with product development to integrate customer data into new products that increased revenue and customer satisfaction.
Perform project management to maximize business results in manufacturing
- Orchestrate project teams in improving process components; manage each project team while initiating
planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects.
- Manage project resources, progress and budget.
- Provide ongoing project analysis; communicate project status, and identify and resolve project issues and constraints.
Manage competences and develop Quality Management System
- Lead a team of 10 technicians and make adequate charge resources plan.
- Develop and deliver needs-assessment and developmental training for staff through RH tools ''GPEC''
- Transform strategic plans into workable and measurable solutions.
- Deploy the Quality Management System for engineering service.
