- Prepare and operate all data acquisition systems (In-Site and Feket) and sensors.
- In-Site: direct connection (Cables) surface computerized acquisition system. measures (pressures, temperatures..), calculates (flow, volumes..), records, displays, reports and analyzes well test information.
- Feket: Wireless connection surface computerized acquisition system. measures (pressures, temperatures..), calculates (flow, volumes..), records, displays, reports and analyzes well test information.
- Redress and operate surface sampling equipment (PDS, SPS and Gas) in a professional, competent and safe manner in order to satisfy the client requirements.
- Promote the HSE management culture on site among the field workforce.
- Ensure reports for all field operations are accurate, complete and delivered within a reasonable time period of the job completion and submit relevant QA documents to support all maintenance and field operations.
Well test data acquisition & Technical supporting:
- Well intervention design, planning and operations (pre, execution and post job).
- Liaise with clients and operational departments to determine survey objectives and offer advice on how to achieve.
- Maintain & developed relationships with clients, operations team and BD team
- Instruct field engineers & operation team on data gathering techniques and methods used to quality check recorded data
- Check that reports are delivered to client and clients are satisfied with the service provided.
- Ensure data is archived as per QA procedures and all paperwork is complete.
- Down-Hole memory gauges surveys (BHPT) deployed on slick-line, coiled tubing, DST.
- Sampling: Wellhead & separator sampling (Several and different jobs of acquiring representative PVT data).
- Delivering trainings and carry out competence assessment of field engineers and new starts. Assessing the trainees vocational competence against agreed upon the company standards. Ensure that the trainees understood the requisite knowledge needed to undertake their job roles.
Well test data acquisition & well flow measurment:
• Surface testing (Production, metering, multi-zone, Extended well testing operations).
• Responsible of EDGE Data Acquisition system : A surface computerized acquisition network combines the most up-todate electronic hardware and data gathering software for unbeatable performance during well test operations. Edge-X measures (pressures, temperatures..), calculates (flow, volumes..), records, displays, reports and analyzes well test information.
- Sampling (including PVT’s, Surface sampling )
- SmartVent wet gas meter (WGM) and Multiphase flow measurement (MPFM).
- Downhole shut in tool and memory gauges.
- Collect accurate data and confirm results and timely submission of End of Well Reports.
- Assisting the Package Supervisor with any Logistical / Maintenance and Personnel Issues.
- Ensure programme is followed in a safe and accurate manner.
- Training of personnel (where appropriate).
