NGen Telecom is a small company that changed its business strategy a couple of times on its first one and half year. In 4 months, my 3 fresh-graduate teams (10 developers) delivered all prototypes and I prepared complete project plans and the required resources and capabilities. And when the strategy became re-selling instead of developing, I was assigned the responsibility of building our product portfolio by conducting business development with Indian solution providers. My last mission was to provide consultation to one of our customers (an Iraqi W-CDMA operator) to buy a billing system.

• Manage 3 software development teams for MS Windows, Symbian and Linux platforms
