• Ensuring performance of all necessary actions for effective contracting
• Ensuring compliance with the terms of the contract, and safeguarding the interests of the PR in its contractual relationships
• The Contract Administration Unit is involved in:
o Assessing activities when a contract is awarded to determine how well the contractor is performing against contractual terms
o All dealings between Petro Rabigh and Contractor from contract award date until contract is terminated
o Ensuring payments are made and disputes resolved
• Drafting the technical evaluation for bidders and pre-qualification questionnaire, justification point and scope of work
• Obtaining services in terms of quality and timely delivery within budget
• Nabil reports to the Contracting Business Support Manager
• He is responsible for 36 contracts including education, operation and maintenance, medical, construction, services, heavy equipment, transportation, consultancy contracts, satellite services as well as Phase II contracts
