• Position: Operation Analyst. (محلل العمليات)
• Responsibilities:
During my present tenure with YBA KANOO I was responsible for the following.
• Sales & Income.
• Operations/ Execution of the Turnkey Project.
• Maaden Phosphate - Coloring & coating Project of DAP- Di ammonia Phosphate.
• Supplied all kind of chemicals to Maaden Defoamer, Antiscalant, Antifoam Agent,
Silica for PAP, Coloring & coating chemicals required for DAP.
Product Approval for various chemicals to receive RFQ & Inquiries.
• Maaden - Handling a team of 50 employees including Mechanical supervisor, Site supervisor, Labor etc.
• Attended & conducted safety orientation program for Maaden Plant.
Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities.
Assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project work.
Assisting Quality Assurance and Quality Control Engineer such as steel reinforcement checking same as in construction drawing.
Issue materials receiving report for the delivered materials.
Waterproofing checking underground level and in wet areas in the building.
Following up the concreting works in a presence of the Engineer or Consultant, slump test and cubes preparation for the compressive test.
Finishing work checking in a presence of the Engineer or Consultant, block, plaster, painting, tiling, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, ceiling and light fittings.
Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements.
Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.
Responsible to develop new client in Tunneling, Piling Foundation, Horizontal drilling, Mining Industry, where we can promote our drilling BENTONITE, PAC & PHPA Polymers.
Responsible to develop new strategy, tactics and plans for further growth of business.
Prepare reports based on new business, business in hand and business forecast, in weekly, monthly reports.
Responsible to meet the sales target set within the given deadline with restrict territory and account.
Responsible to build better and flexible relationship with contractors to understand their needs and forecast to make them satisfy with keeping in mind of COMPNY CODE OF CONDUCTS.
Responsible to promote company business, policies, in various conferences, trade fairs and networking events
Planning and execution
Implementation of project within Budget & Time.
Various areas and factors that are related to designing and construction.
Responsible to prepare project report every month
Undertaking technical & feasibility studies including site investigations.
Liaising with clients and a variety of professional including architect, ministry etc.
Compiling jobs specs and supervising tendering procedures.
