•Preparation of Baseline Programme by selecting the appropriate techniques and sequence of events for project.
•Deciding the appropriate resources for the activities and its usage with respect to time.
•Deciding and preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports formats.
•Implementation of construction schedule with project team.
•Daily monitoring of the progress/suggesting improvisation to ensure proper allocation /utilization of resources with optimum of time/Project cost.
•Lead planning meetings to ensure progress on track and enforce compliance to plan.
•Preparation of weekly progress reports with forecasting the material and man power requirements.
•Reporting to client/consultant daily, weekly and monthly basis.
•Plane the schedule for all of operational functions.
•Provided the site with all of required, manpower, material and equipment.
•Coordinate with consultant engineers and client.
•Monitor work and ensure that the work is obstruction free.
•Implement with the aid QA/QC the quality control policy.

•Ensure that all the operational functions are as per the schedule given by the construction manger.
•Responsibility to provided to the construction manager in the day to day running of the site.
•Report to the construction manager daily and raise concern of any required, manpower, material & equipments.
•Make sure that the progress of work is in compliance with the approval program.
•Monitor work and ensure that the work is obstruction free.
•Implement with the aid QA/QC the quality control policy.
•Carry out the work as per direction of the construction manager.
•Train site staff and make sure that all activities are implemented as per approved method statement.
•Plan the work needs and required materials.
•Coordination between civil and MEP works
•Concrete works for all elements (Foundations, Slabs, Columns, Core walls, Retaining walls, Swimming pool, Water tanks, Others… .)
•Finishing works (Marble, Tiles, Plaster, Painting, Cladding, False ceiling, Block works)
•Supervising all post tension works.
