Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
- Preparation for tenders and company strategies.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for well testing and oilfield operations to optimize production, enhance reservoir management, and meet company objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost, and technological advancement in well testing
activities.
2. Operational Management:
- Direct and supervise well testing operations, including planning, scheduling, execution, and post-
analysis of test results.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies during and after all testing activities.
3. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of well testing engineers, technicians, and support staff to ensure high performance, productivity, and morale.
- Provide guidance, training, and professional development opportunities to team members to
enhance their skills and capabilities.
4. Client Management:
- Liaise with clients, including oil companies, service providers, and regulatory agencies, to
understand their requirements, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure repeat business and identify new
opportunities for collaboration.
5. Technical Expertise:
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, technological advancements, and regulatory changes related to well testing.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team in troubleshooting, data interpretation, and
decision-making during and after testing operations.
6. Quality Assurance and Data Analysis:
- Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of well testing data through rigorous quality assurance processes and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Analyze test results, interpret data trends, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize well performance and reservoir productivity.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master degree or higher in Petroleum Engineering.
- Extensive experience in well testing and Oilfield operations, with a proven track record of
progressively increasing responsibility and leadership.
- Strong technical knowledge of well testing methodologies, equipment, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems.
- Excellent managerial skills, including team leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
- Certification or training in safety management, such as HSE or OSHA, is preferred.
- Ability to work in dynamic and challenging environments, often in remote locations and under tight deadlines.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental stewardship in all aspects of well testing operations.
Duties, Responsibilities
• Performs the rigging up and down of Surface Testing Equipment (STE) service line equipment for the purpose of providing services during the production phase of a well.
• Routinely works in more than one type of well site as assigned by Service Coordinator.
• Coordinates and oversees Surface Test Equipment functions at the well site.
• Provides the planning necessary for the job including equipment set up, well site direction, and customer-related support activities.
• Responsible for the activities relative to maintaining, setting up, testing, and operating equipment at the customer location.
• Rigs STE service line equipment (i.e., a) Choke Manifold. b) Surface Testing Tree. c) Emergency Safety System d) Flexible Piping e) Data Header f) Flow line piping components g) High and Low Pressure Separator systems. h) Fluid transfer pumps i) Flow hoses j) Cable certification requirements k) Atmospheric and Pressurized tanks / vessels l) Flare booms, etc.).
• Help train service operators in areas of expertise.
• May monitor instruments and perform necessary calculations to assure quality of data/job.
• Consults with customers concerning services and products, promotes good customer relations at the well site, and assures customer satisfaction with results.
• Properly maintains assigned equipment and monitors compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Conduct pre-job toolbox safety meetings.
Duties, Responsibilities

• Solves the Industrial problems by projects of Automation System to control a process of flow, temperature, pressure or level by replacing the old systems by a new ones using Scada system

• Properly maintains assigned equipment and monitors compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Conduct pre-job toolbox safety meetings
