Responsible for the successful completion of the project within stipulated time, cost & quality.
Management of design, production, erection, grouting of load bearing and non-loadbearing precast
walls and hollow core slabs.
Ensuring overall Safety procedures are adhered to.
Project Management of Cost, Time, and Resources for the completion of the project within the
assigned targets. Ascertaining optimum use of available resources.

Responsible for coordinating and executing the job as per specifications, drawings and contract
conditions, overseeing day-to-day progress of works, and monitoring cash flow of the project;
Monitor project execution and log daily time activities throughout the project;
Checking quantity and quality of materials to ensure that materials and workmanship complies with
approved plans and specifications;
Witness critical activities of the project and provided prompt resolution to problems encountered;
Conduct timely and prompt Site Inspection and testing/Investigation;
Upheld awareness of all project quality assurance requirements; check quality of works in the site
ensuring that quality is maintained related to all aspects of the project;
Conferred with top management and subordinates to resolve subcontractor problems, complaints,
and grievances
Working with the commercial team to devise and execute action plans to rectify potential cost
overruns or delays
Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other
regulations
Execution - Direction of Resources towards progress as per programme.
Procurement - Pre-lets, Monitoring of sub-contracts, approvals and delivery.
Design - Detailing, Queries, checking and correcting sub-contractor drawings, liasing with client architect and consultants, proposing new and alternative materials.
Commercial - Sub-contract finalization, cost forecast, prelim cost control, monthly cost valuation, value engineering, budget presentation.
Resources - Allocation against tender, histogram, procurement schedule.
