Design - Detailing, Queries, checking and correcting sub-contractor drawings, liasing with client architect and consultants, proposing new and alternative materials.
Commercial - Sub-contract finalization, cost forecast, prelim cost control, monthly cost valuation, value engineering, budget presentation.
Resources - Allocation against tender, histogram, procurement schedule.
