•Acting as the focal point between the Federal Government National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), Statistics Centre of Abu Dhabi (SCAD) and the Director General Government of Sharjah Statistics Centre (SSC) on all issues related to Sharjah Statistics Centre from the start-up phase until setting up of the Office at Qanat Al Qasba in Sharjah
•Coordinating and liaising with the Emiri Diwan, public and private institutions, NGO’s from Sharjah and the Northern Emirates on all inquiries related to SSC
•Drafting and translating all official correspondence and documents in English and Arabic
•Reviewing incoming official received English and Arabic correspondence and documents, for the Director General’s approval
•Maintaining the diary and setting up meetings
•Attending to all incoming phone calls for all related inquiries and requests as a focal point
•Coordinating with the Statistics Centre and organizing travel arrangements for UN Statistical meetings abroad
•Organizing all related logistics for the set-up of SSC new offices
•Organizing, setting up, and taking minutes of the first meeting for Sharjah High Committee members for the Socio-Economic statistical survey for the citizens of Sharjah
