•Provide account management support for the priority accounts. This will involve passing on knowledge, charting account progress, and executing action items
•Develop a strategic and ongoing business development plans for small and medium size business.
•Working with the Business Development Leader, co-lead account team meetings by setting and managing meeting agendas. Act as the central point-of-contact for the account team
•Gain an understanding of EY's account management and relationship tools and processes
•Co-manage the sales pursuit process, working with the Business Development Leader. Manage part of the pursuits process to tight deadlines (e.g., account research, proposal writing)
•Supporting the account team to create and execute a plan to develop critical business relationships across the account
•Regularly act as project manager for large, global accounts, coordinating day-to-day activities
Gain an overall understanding on petrochemical price definition and forecasting techniques, production cost analysis, regional dynamics, and factors driving the market
Dealing with a diverse range of clients in the private and the public sector
Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client needs, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems and sales cycle
To assist my manager with research and liaising with external organization and individuals in the gathering, collection and analysis of benchmarking information and market intelligence
Ensuring compliance with policies &procedures, and analyzing the potential risks
Sharing customer demands, suggestions and complaints with Sales Planning & Performance Management
Identifying overdue accounts, major outstanding balances, and such other accounts that need close monitoring and follow up
Preparing reports of the section timely and accurately to meet department requirements and standards, performance measures with processing and analyzing of data
Sorting out contracts and payment details with clients
Conducting analysis and problem solving for various issues with customers
Working as part of the sales team to develop both new and existing markets
Updates managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries
Providing customers with information on pricing and product availability
Responsible for order processing (by using SAP system)
Following up with finance and supply chain departments
Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Administrative issues (Using SAP portal)
• Contact global companies and make purchase Agreement.
• Open new business channels (research& Resourcing).
• Follow up orders processing.
• Follow up the employees of marketing department & their performance.
