Compensation & Benefits
• Responsible for implementing compensation and benefits programs such as medical insurance and social insurance.
• Prepare all employees contracts.
• Responsible for employees’ leaves administration.
• Assist in designing organization structure and pay structure.

Training & Development
• Communicate with training providers and follow-up on all logistics of different training programs.
• Assist in identifying development areas and set the training needs accordingly.
• Conduct employee orientation programs; introducing personnel, employment benefits such as: medical, compensation benefits, payroll and assisting in filling of enrollment forms.
• Assist in Training Needs Analysis for the whole departments.

Recruitment
• Coordinate and follow up with recruitment channels.
• Search, scan and classify CVs for easy retrieval as and when needed.
•Conduct phone screening and face to face interviews.
• Submit candidates’ offers and follow up on until placing.

Personnel
• Maintains a solid, organized and up-to-date filing system.
• Responsible for implementing monthly payroll.

Performance Management System
• Prepare and maintain all forms and procedures in compliance with ISO regulations.
• Responsible for communicating the HR policies and procedures to new employees and keep it updated for existing employees.
• Assist in designing, orienting and communicating the whole process of professional development program for the whole departments.
• Maintain confidentially personnel actions, legal actions, termination and non-renewal documents.
• Provide support to supervisors regarding performance management, disciplinary actions, attendance programs and other personnel policy.
• Execute the HR action plan pertaining to its objectives.
• Update Organization charts for the whole departments.

Recruitment:
•Responsible for recruitment process as soon as receiving the approved employment requisition
• Assist in recruitment processes; such as Job Analysis, Job descriptions, CVs search and CVs filtration.
•Conduct phone screening, short-listing and face to face interviews.
•Screen and classify CVs for easy retrieval as and when needed.
•Coordinate interviews schedule and recruitment events.
•Carry out all kinds of approved tests (language, personality, IQ, professional and specialized tests, etc.).
•Selecting calibres from HR perspective to fill the vacant positions.
•Liaise with candidates for the completion of their files.
•Make proper orientation for the newly joined employees.
•Identifying and using different recruitment techniques to ensure targeting the right candidates.
•Building a recruitment database

Personnel
•Issuing contracts, medical insurance, bank accounts and social insurance for the newly hired employees.
•Proceed in any further assistance required regarding medical approvals or reimbursements
•Follow-up on each employee’s annual leave, sick leave and send them letters containing remaining balances.
•Maintaining and updating personnel files
•Developing and updating staff records on HR database
•Advise and consult with employees regarding personnel questions, policies, regulations, and grievances.
•Contacting and dealing with printing houses for business cards issuance when requested.

Payroll:
•Responsible for the monthly payroll for the employees and its analysis
•Revising the monthly data received including the basic salary, Pay increases, bonus, overtime calculations, deductions & other allowances.
•Maintaining and following up the loans report and monthly deductions calculations.
•Preparing pay slips and sending it to the employees when requested
•Prepare payroll sheets to be sent to the bank
•Ensures integrity & confidentiality of the payroll system, the attendance system and payroll reports
