Involve directly and closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the
department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
• Produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
• Assist in the Sales procedures directly when needed
• Reporting directly to the Sales Manager
• Assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
• Prepare and follow up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
• Efficiently respond to any queries and try to find the appropriate solutions and answers.
• Liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
• Controlling all the cash procedures of the branch and liaising with the Accounting department.

Prospecting, welcoming and greeting the potential client.
• Following-up in-bound telephone enquiries, walk in prospects and emails
enquiries.
• Cold calling up qualified sales prospects
• Demonstrating vehicles to customers, including taking them for test drives.
• Holding sales discussions with clients.
• Negotiating the terms of a sales agreement and closing sales.
• Selling and promoting Finance and Insurance products.
• Writing up sales contracts.
• Preparing car purchase packages.
• Delivering vehicles to customers.
• Liaising with the showroom body shop to ensure that vehicle repairs are carried out quickly.
• Following -up with clients after delivering the vehicle.
• Reporting to the vehicle Sales Manager on activities, reviews and analyses.
• Strive to meet the monthly and yearly target as per company’s objectives
• Work individually and as a part of team in different tasks
• Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
