•Reliance Customer Management System - Support
o Description: A CMS supporting Reliance CSR to look for customers in different data sources (Banner, Solomon) built on Windows Form Application C# and Microsoft Dynamics 201. The solution manages customer information, billing information and customers’ services work orders
o Technologies Used: MS CRM 2011, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, C# Windows Form applications, WCF Services.
•Reliance Lead to Cash (Case Management Process)
o Description: Implemented case management business process using agile methodology. The aim of this CRM solution is to facilitate customer management and speed the process of managing customers' cases to fulfill the company's potential.
o Technologies Used: MS CRM 2011, MS CRM 2011 Plug-ins, JavaScript, HTML, C# Windows applications.
•Reliance Lead to Cash (Sales Business Process)
o Description: It is a Sales Business process cycle for Reliance Sales agents to monitor collecting the needed information for the customers. A digital signature was enabled for customers on Reliance contracts and tool developed to save them encrypted on Image Now Document repository system.
o Technologies Used: MS CRM 2011, MS CRM 2011 Plug-ins, JavaScript, HTML, C# Windows applications, PDF Generator and Signing.
•Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (ADNEC) Intranet Portal
o Description: An intranet portal that fosters ADNEC employees and contributors’ efficiency built on SharePoint 2013 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. The e-solution will automate the business processes of ADNEC departments providing them with simple, cost and time saving system.
o Technologies Used: SharePoint 2013, MS CRM 2011, MS CRM 2011 Plug-ins, JavaScript, HTML, C# Windows application.
