1. Responsible for medical staff recruitment.( National & International).using different recruitment channels.
2. Advertising job openings on different channels ( social media - company website - recruitment agencies - internal job boards …etc.)
3. Contracting with international agencies in order to hire the best medical staff.
4. Assessing potential candidates to insure qualification match, cultural fit & compatibility.
5. Find, evaluate & select between recruitment agencies offers.
6. Make sure to maintain agencies with service quality.
7. Negotiate business deals between recruitment agencies and make sure to have the best deal, cost saving with extra benefits to the organization.

1. Preparing continues and urgent reports of any different tasks that is requested by Director.
2. Create and prepare all reports related to employees’ personnel from the human resources system (ORACLE) when requested.
3. Make sure to complete all identification and other documents for new hires like (employment contract, Hiring order, Job offer, Non-disclosure statement letter, Employee file…etc.)
4. Receives all kinds of employee vacation requests and record it in the system like (Annual Leave - Sick Leaves - Urgent Leaves …etc).
5. Assure completion of vacation requests process.
6. Archive all documents related to employee requests (vacation, loan, transfer…etc.) In their files.
7. Make sure that all features of the HR ORACLE System Is working without any technical issues, and coordinate with maintenance /technical support to solve problems if occurs.
8. Maintain confidentiality of employee data.
9. Record and update employee database from ORACLE system in a timely and accurate manner.
10. Manage employee data updating on ORACLE system like (increment orders, end of service process, relocation /transfer, personal information, medical insurance, promotion, GOSI, previous experience, assignment).
11. Follow-up on registering/dropping employees to GOSI system in coordination with the Social Insurance Specialist.
12. Follow-up on issuing medical insurance cards for employees and adjust the medical insurance class based on employment degree in coordination with the medical insurance unit.
13. Prepare, maintain and update personnel files on a regular basis and complete any missing information if occurs.
14. Prepare and process letters for approval like (end of service - Experience letter - clearance letter - promotion- Dismiss employee…etc.).
15. Preparing and proceeding medical examination transfer letters for new hires, and submit it for approval.
16. Coordinate with management to provide flight reservations procedures and other traveling requirements for employees.
17. Continually strive for improving internal processes.
18. Maintain good interpersonal relationship with team member and all professional associates.
19. Reduce delays due to errors and rework.

2. Calculating end of service.
3. Maintain employee's file confidentiality.
4. Supervise and Track employees attendance and discipline.
5. Communicate any HR issues with higher management.
6. Communicate with the Company legal affairs for any issues related to HR .
7. Issue warning letters to employees when misconduct.
8. Manage the arrangement of traveling requests for foreign employees, check their visa status. passport expiration date, vacation balances.
9. Issue traveling ticket to employees based on company benefits policy.
10. Check the expiration date for employee's Iqama, passports, IDs, Contracts and any other related licenses on a monthly bases.
11. Remained higher management of contract's expiration dates.
12. Process all employees renewal requests for ID expiration to the government relation unit and follow up with the process.
13. Receives employee's requests for vacations, salary adjustment, salary advance and any other requests concerning employees relation.
14. Submit any of the mentioned requests to approve it from the manager.
15. Maintain a proper record for employees vacation balances.
16. Handle employee's sick leaves and check for sick leave validity.
17. Provide employee information to managers when requested ( in accordance with employee privacy policy).
18. Develop, upgrade and enhance the office attendance system.
19. Design and create job descriptions.
20. Develop employee filing system for Archiving.
21. Create employment file to every new hire, and issue an employment number
22. Create a monthly attendance report to track employees attendance and report it directly to manager.
