Accomplishments:
• Instrumental in setting up NFPC mega plant in terms of processing and product Quality & approvals for Dairy, Juice & Water factories.
• Established best practices for effective Factory Acceptance Testing, thus ensured implementation of compliant and structured quality systems. Participated in Factory Acceptance testing for the l Mega Plant (Juice, dairy and water factory), shared suggestions/strategic recommendations for effective implementation.
• Champion for change. Drove continual/sustainable improvement philosophy through consistent exhibit & initiation of Operational Excellence and Quality initiatives. Including setting up of high-speed Pet bottle line (72, 000 bottles/hr).
• Proffered vision and direction to foster a culture of quality, led QA/QC initiatives with financial dimension - Lab equipment/consumables worth 3.0 million AED as well as Product testing & release value 0.7 to 1million AED /day

• Dexterously managed contract manufacturing for Almarai & Ocean spray whilst being Quality representative for NFPC.
• Essayed a stellar role securing best in quality and GMP ratings for the plant by Abu Dhabi Municipality.
• Key Member of the corporate management team, entrusted to support the implementation of Lean Business strategy and drive benchmarking, cost-saving and continual improvements across the plant.
• Played a key role in implementing 5S & Lean manufacturing exercises.
Responsibilities:
• Providing thought leadership and guidance to maintain and enhance the company’s quality management system as well as facilitating the continued development of a positive culture. Reporting to the Director - Quality Management/R&D.
• Guarantying full site compliance to the company safety policy, quality policy, corporate Quality Management System and achievement of the business and quality objectives.
• Shouldering onus for optimizing the start-up and subsequent/ongoing manufacturing Quality processes of complex, teaming-up with corporate QA to develop and implement world-class QMS through design and planning of laboratory resources and all other elements of the quality function.
• Establishing annual budgeting plans for enhanced delivery of cost targets (consumables, overhead and man plan). Controlling and minimizing costs to achieve agreed annual targets and budgets.
• Owning all quality functions within the manufacturing division ensuring each area delivers on KPIs budget.
• Leading Quality inspections and incident investigations to identify root cause & following implementation of effective corrective action to reduce NCNs Customer/consumer complaints, wastages and final product dumps.
• Partnering with corporate to develop QMS & HACCP plans in accordance with NFPC’s Quality Management system to minimize food safety risks and quality failures.
• Superintending a dynamic team of 6 direct reports, including site and functional Quality Managers/ Supervisors. Determine training needs & facilitate training in relevance to established management system standards.
Accomplishments:
• Served as a catalyst in the evolution of operational excellence, conceptualized and implemented measures for superior production methods, process optimization, equipment performance for enhanced utilization of plant capacities.
• Shouldered responsibility for securing rating for the plant as best production unit from internal and external agencies.
• Presided over day-to-day operations management for delivering extraordinary results in growth, revenue, performance and profitability
• Organized entire production operations as per SOPs governing the operations, including efficient planning of Man, Material, and Machine to produce the quality goods at best price, and on time.
• Embedded continuous improvement culture across Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery functions.
Accomplishments:
• Successfully handled products & packages of 0.5/ 1.5 / 5 liters Water, My Cola / Orange / Lemon-330 ml, 2 & 0.5 liters.
• Actively involved in developing new products like carbonated beverages with different flavors.
• Instrumental in commissioning total filling unit for IBC. Monitored product standards and implemented QC programs.
• Partnered with the Manufacturing team to ensure full compliance with GMP, ISO and HACCP.

The company bagged a big order and under my leadership one shift was converted to two shift and high production efficiency was achieved within a short time of a week.
