2- Maintenance planning and execution for preventive, routine and breakdowns .
3- Planning and forecast turnarounds .
4- Control systems optimization through process scrutiny and modeling.
5- Economize operations through effecient control of process loops .
6- Training of personnel in Electrical and Instrumentation areas .
7- Spare parts budgeting and procurement. Analyze and modify installation to utilize open system and instruments in place of vendor customized parts in order to use latest technology and economize maintenance operations.
8- Design and implementation of new and modification projects .
9-Develop and modify work instruction to improve overall quality and reliability
1- Review complete design package for Shoaiba phase III water transmission system. Including Electrical systems, Field instruments, Control system ( ABB ACM 800 XA), Communication system, Fire protection system, Auxillary equipment ( air compressor, Treatment etc ) and Cathodic cprotection system.
2- Invite offers from various suppliers and their evaluation in view of tender document.
3- Device equipment tagging system .
4- Pepare document submittal scheme in liason with sub contractor ( ABB ) .
5- Review and design control strategies for fail safe and smooth operation of integrated water pumping system and effective integration of old and new systems.
6- Submission of design document for approval and removal of technical snags
