• Ppreparing, approving, updating, and monitoring the Project EPC schedule on Primavera P6.
• Providing the EPC schedule risk analysis and providing the schedule risk analysis using primavera risk analysis software.
• Feeding the project schedule with construction budgeted points and manhours
• Preparing and updating the Project Engineering, Procurement and Construction PMS on weekly and monthly basis.

Project: Integrated Gas Development Expansion Project (package 2) Habshan Modifications
- Responsible for preparing, approving, updating, and monitoring the Project construction schedule on Primavera P6.
- Accumulate, collect and analyze data and information required for planning.
- Evaluate and analyze the progress through updated status reports in various formats based on the contract schedule in order to provide performance assessment and accurate forecasts.
- Conduct and participate in the progress and coordination meetings to discuss status of the project.
- Advise the Project Director/Manager when delay events occur and review extension of time claims in coordination with commercial team in order to assist the Project Manager make determinations on claims.
- Issuing weekly and monthly progress and planning reports, to managing office and area executive management.

Project: Integrated Gas Development Expansion Project, UAE
42” X 144 km onshore pipeline, construction of 5 Valve Stations and a new Unit in Habshan 5
Client: Abu Dhabi Gas Industries Limited (GASCO)
- Responsible for preparing, approving, updating, and monitoring the Project construction schedule on Primavera P6.
- Developing the breakdown of the P6 activities as per the contract documents and client requirements.
- Observing site activities based on agreed plans, updating the schedule at the end of each reporting period, analyzing of results and preparing three months look-ahead.
- Monitoring the productivity on site versus the plan, the productivity and effectiveness.
- Discussing strategies to recover delays with the construction teams and come up of reasons of delays.
- Providing on weekly basis the progress reports for site engineers for updating.
- Attending the weekly control meeting with the client and discussing the critical issues that should be resolved.
- Representing the work on site by reports, S-curves, charts & other formats for decision making.
- Assisting the internal meetings between internal departments and the sub-contractors in order to solve any raised conflicts related to the project control.
- Issuing weekly and monthly progress and planning reports, to managing office and area executive management.

Project: Bab Habshan -1 Development & Expansion of Bab Gas Compression (Phase 2)

Client: Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Petroleum Operations (ADCO)
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide engineering and technical supports to all the work groups at site. Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all works at site.
- Submitting site daily reports, inspection requests, estimations and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis as per project and management requirement.
- Direct and coordinate construction, installation, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
- Inspect completed construction activities and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
