Job Responsibilities
Ø Manpower Planning, Formulating & Executing Company HR policies. Recruitment for 13 divisions within UAE and 2 in India. Evolving new policy / guideline for the competency-based recruitment. Redefining the process, roles & responsibilities. Facilitating competency based interviews. Formulating manpower planning & budgeting as per the organization’s vision and mission and yearly targets.
Ø Compensation and Benefit, creating salary structure based on extensive market research and in-house studies and comparisons. Doing Job Analysis in order to do scientific job Evaluation Preparation of Job Descriptions by 360-degree approach. Creating Grading system in the company based on HAY Guild lines by using broad bands in job ranking. Incorporating KPI with compensation system and Performance appraisal System.
Ø Prepared the scientific HRIS procedure.
Ø Induction :Providing the orientation training to new recruits preparing their contracts & job description in consultation with Dept. Head. Introduction of the company structure and the HR policies.
Ø Performance Management System: Design the P. Appraisal forms for different categories, introduced 360%Appraisal.
Ø Career Planning: Preparing the career graph of the staff in order to increase the level of motivation amongst them.
Ø Conflict Management: All kind of grievances redressed of the employees.
Ø Training & Development: Coordinated various training programs for different branches.
Ø MIGRATION TO NEW SOFTWARE: I was involved in identifying and implementing the new ORACLE based HR software.
