Developing and maintaining full master data of plant maintenance, (Functional Location, Equipment’s, Work Canters, Maintenance Plan, General Task Lists, Equipment Task Lists).
•Controlling, Tracking and owning Plant Maintenance KPIs, (Technician Utilization, Line Availability, MTTR, MTBR, MTBF, Unscheduled Down Time, Total Cost of Maintenance, PM Compliance) in addition to Recon KPIs (Electricity, Natural Gas, Water, Diesel).
•Supporting Reliability Agenda in the plant through supporting TPM AM implementation and leading 5S roll-out in Engineering Areas.
• Responsible for Scheduling Plant Maintenance technicians and tracking their time sheets.
•Present Department Monthly Review with all Plant Maintenance KPI’s, achievements and challenges to Plant Leadership Team.
•Responsible for leading independent shift as Maintenance Supervisor.
•Responsible for maintain waste water treatment plant KPIs & maintenance.

•The work involves fault rectification and maintenance of injection molding machines i.e. Engel, Rover, Batten field, and Blow molding machines along with product cutting machines.
•Have experience to work on Compressors, material feeding and handling system (Waeschle), firefighting system, Emergency Power Generators, Chillers (York), Oil and Water Temperature controlling units, instruments used in Quality Control.
•Having Experience to work on PLC controlled machines used in different process systems like Siemenes
SCIL was incorporated in 1981 and began producing caustic soda in 1985, initially at a rate of 30 metric tons Caustic a day. The plant’s capacity was gradually increased over years to current level of 545 metric tons a day. In addition, various by-product facilities have been added and expanded from time to time to cope with growing demand.
Responsible to perform with troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, repairs and reclamation of different types of pumps compressors, Turbines, chillers, injection molding machines.
•All maintenance problems solves according to manual and drawings.
•Troubleshoot, evaluate and make recommendation to upgrade maintenance operations and implement saving opportunities.
•Make electrical repairs on equipment and performs preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
•Manages preventive maintenance tasks and records preventive and routine equipment service maintenance activities & Line Availability.
•Identify equipment functions and repair before catastrophic failure.
•Keeps all hand and measuring tools in optimum operating conditions.
•Performs others duties as directed.
•Becomes aware of all safety hazards and follow all safety policies and procedures in Maintenance Department.
•Performed duties as control room operator CRO at chemical mem#3 plants for caustic soda.
