• Experience in Engineering, MEP procurement and Operations.
• Hospitality Services and Machines Procurement.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Ability to analyze bills of material and drawings to understand key requirements.
• Knowledge and direct experience in negotiating contracts and quotations with Contract Manufacturers and Suppliers.
• Review Contractor’s installation method statements.
• Monitor and promote health and safety on the site. Record and report any breaches to the Project Manager. If required stop the construction works if unsafe practices are being followed.
• Review and approve Contractor’s ‘as built’ drawings.
• Maintain a site diary.
• Supervise Pipe work installations including pipe lay, tie-in, Shutdown maintenance, MEP works, expansion project, FJK, pipe testing and commissioning.
• Report to Project Manager regarding to the work quality, pipe work installations and maintenance.
• Lead preparation for pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup and shutdown the plant including chemical cleaning and passivation.
• Monitor and control the quality of the executed works as per drawings and client requirements to include mechanical completion, & hydro test.
• Coordinate HSE team to follow safety and environmental regulations in projects.
• Coordinate with HSE Officer to ensure works are done under safety rules and regulations.
• Coordinate with QA and QC team to ensure work quality at site.
• Coordinate with O & M team to ensure the transition of plant operations from client to O & M smoothly.
MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
• Commissioning and Maintenance of LPG networks.
• Knowledge on LPG systems (control panel, regulators, boilers, vaporizers .etc.).
• Monitoring the projects and to make sure installation as per NFPA 58 & Woqod Regulations.
• Preparing contracts and agreements to supply LPG.
• Supervising LPG tanks installations and related piping, instrumentation and gas detection system (rooftop/above/underground).
• Conducting Inspections with Civil Defense and Woqod for Approval of projects.
• Preparing Certificate of Completion (COC), Quarterly/Half/Full year for Maintenance Reports Summary, Incident Reports and Investigation Reports.
• Raise quotation for Maintenance.
• Updating in salesforce to maintain sales history for maintenance projects.
• Requesting Woqod for Final and APM Site inspection.
• Conducting frequent site visits to ensure safety of LPG systems.
• Monitoring all mechanical works.
• Site Planning of work and work related such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc.
• Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis.
• Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
• Supports the MEP Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets.
• Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.

• Responsibility for the safety of all Mechanical groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable HSE standards.
• Water lines (CPVC and PVC).
• Drain(HDPE).
• Carrying out all Mechanical Works and equipments installation activities.
• Able to lead site personnel to execute and completion of job on time at site.
• Performs other related duties as may be required by the MEP Manager.
Mechanical Engineer
