Provide Network Problem Resolution, Root-Cause Analysis, IOS Software Referral assistance as per the contracted agreement with the customer(ISP).
•Design/Implement/Troubleshoot issues related to Routing (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, ISIS), Multicast, QoS, EVPN, MPLS, Segment routing.
•Interfaces with all levels of CSEs, NCEs, SEs, Cisco Business Unit.

During site implementation, testing & commissioning the Network
• Leading the commissioning activities on site, as well as producing the commissioning documentation
• Providing support to the installation and maintenance works.

• Carrying out all assigned work efficiently, with a minimum of supervision,
• Expediting response and deliverables (documents & including engineering drawings, specifications, design reports and calculations, equipment details and other project information).
• Development and deployment of Fixed Communication networks in Security domain
• Design and troubleshoot the network related to various protocols, TCP/IP, VLAN, RADIUS, SNMP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS and various overlay technology, EVPN, VRF-Lite, VXLAN.
