• Responsible for overall performance of all the terminals across the kingdom.
• Ensure compliance of terminal handling SOPs and monitor KPIs in order to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the terminal handling functions like, shipment arrival scanning at piece level, area-wise segregation and sorting of shipments, courier loading and validation at courier dispatch, support courier debriefing, inventory scanning, storage of shipments, Return to Origin (RTO) undelivered shipments to clients, pickup of shipments from shipper's local warehouses, etc.
• Maintain daily communication with Regional Operations Managers & regional terminal handling (TH) teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with IT team for the development, improvement and deployment of applications and tools in order to support TH operations teams in performing their jobs efficiently and accurately.
• Developing liason with clients in order to Return to Origin (RTO) the undelivered shipments as per agreed SLA.
• Manage RTO warehouse, analyze / upload RTO request data in system, monitor RTO creation at all stations, and ensure timely deliveries to final client. Quality assurance of RTO SOPs/aging.
• Ensure inventory scanning, monitor discrepancies and quality assurance across the kingdom in coordination with station TH teams on daily basis.
• Minimize damaged and lost shipments by ensuring strict compliance of SOPs at the terminals.
• Managing terminal handling staff and adjusting human resources among all stations as per seasonal workloads.
• Procure, maintain and manage shipment handling equipment (forklifts, hand pallet jacks, racks, etc.), packing materials/supplies, employee uniforms, etc.
• Organize and deliver trainings and workshops of staff to perform their assigned job and obtain relevant certifications with support of Naqel Express training department.
• Ensure a safe workplace, compliance of Fire Safety standards and surveillance security measures such as CCTV’s, security guards etc.
• Ensure strict compliance of COVID-19 Precautionary SOPs at all terminals across the kingdom.

After Sales Service Department:

• Demand Forecasting of Apple iPhone Seed stock for After Sales Service purpose at the time of new model launch.
• Creating PR and Issue PO to the supplier.
• Creating and processing stock transfer orders for Service Centers.
• Follow up and actions on Bulk Return shipments containing defective Apple iPhone devices shipped to the supplier.
• Follow up and reconciliation on warranty claims from Apple and get credit notes for the replenishment stock not received.
• Handling iPhone Dead on Arrival (DOA) devices. Recalling the devices from all company-wide locations to logistic operations main warehouse and subsequently shipping them to Apple warehouse.
• Generating inventory variance report after physical count at the Service Centers. Collecting justification for the variances and creating incident reports. Coordinate with finance team to agree on the required actions. Obtaining management approvals and perform system transactions in order to clear the variances.
• Analyzing and processing carrier (Transport Company) monthly invoices through Accounts payable team.

Distribution Logistics Department:

• As Supply Chain Oracle ERP Master Data Key User: Creating Master Items, Customer, Salesman, Sub-inventories. Posting company-wide inventory related Miscellaneous Transactions in ERP.
• Implementation of Oracle ERP Inventory Modules in Distribution Centers and training of storekeepers.
• Collecting day end physical counts from all Distribution Centers (total 56 branches). Reconciling the stock and clearing the variances on the same day.
• Collecting month-end physical count reports from all Distribution Centers, reconciling and clearing the differences. Preparing Month End Closing Stock Reports for Finance and Auditor’s review.
• Enforce FIFO in all Distribution Centers, collecting month end card expiry report from branches; send the consolidated report to Logistics Manager, National Sales Manager and Finance department to take necessary action to liquidate the cards near expiry.
• Involved in developing company’s standard operational procedures and work flows for Distribution Centers in coordination with Finance, Sales and IT departments.
• Supervised Supply Chain activities during Hajj Projects in years 2012, 2013 & 2014.

• Demand Forecasting of STC SAWA and Salam calling cards of different denominations in coordination with the Sales Department.
• Developing liaison with the carrier (Aramex) for the logistic services like, picking up goods from the factories, storing them in the warehouse and further delivering them to the ATC Branches and to customers in accordance with the distribution and delivery orders from ATC head office.
• Recording all the shipments received at the 3rd Party (Aramex) logistics warehouse in system after verifying that the goods received are in good condition & order, in accordance with the Purchase Order and as per the Delivery Voucher.
• Preparing Stock Report on daily basis showing opening balances, receipts during the day, quantities issued during the day and balances at day-end closing.
• Preparing Packing Lists / Delivery Orders and ensuring that the right quantities and right products are being issued / shipped in compliance with the Packing Lists and Delivery Orders. Follow up on the shipments sent to ATC branches and the customer to ensure that the goods are delivered within the lead time as agreed between ATC and Aramex and all the security and safety measures are being followed.
• Checking and verifying Aramex Invoice with the shipments sent to ATC branches and to the customers.
