Responsibilities (Enterprise IT Executive)
• Administration of IT Servers, Messaging System (Microsoft Exchange 2010, 2007), Active Directory Services, Files Servers, i-SCSI Storage Servers, Office communication Servers, BlackBerry Enterprise Server, VM’s using Hypervisor.
• Manage and Schedule Backups of Servers, Network Devices and Recovery of Servers in case of disaster.
• Level 2 & 3 IT Support to all wi-tribe Regional Offices, Data Centers, Customer Care, Sales shops, wi-tribe Bahrain/Doha Holding Offices.
• Management & Configuration of LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi Networks.

• Upgrade Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2010 in coexisting deployment method as well as decommissioned Exchange 2007 Server Roles after successful deployment of all Exchange 2010 Server Roles. Forefront Protection for Exchange deployment for SPAM Blocking, Content Filtering.
• Deployed BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0.3 for Exchange 2010 to access Corporate Mail on BES Services enabled BlackBerry devices also performed seamless migration of accounts from Exchange 2007 attached BES 5.0.1 Server.
• Cisco Switches, Cisco ASA firewall, Juniper SG320 configuration to deploy PolyCom video conferencing devices in all regions as well as wi-tribe Bahrain office by remote connectivity.
• Microsoft SharePoint sites publishing using Microsoft Forefront Unified Access Gateway (UAG) to Access Corporate Document Management System outside of Corporate LAN.
• Deployed Secure VPN for Employees using IKEv2 Protocol with Microsoft Active Directory and Certificate based authentication using Microsoft RRAS Services on Windows 2008 R2.

Major Achievements in INSTAPHONE:
• Migration of Windows NT Domain to Microsoft Windows 2003 Active Directory.
• Migration of Linux based mailing system “Qmail” to Microsoft Exchange 2003 Enterprise.
• Design and Deploy Citrix Metaframe Presentation Server for Central Deployment of Applications.
• Implemented McAfee E-policy Orchestrator Server for deployment of McAfee products and Policies on End Users workstations.
• Migration and restructuring of Data Centre from Paktel Limited to Instaphone premises.
• Plan and implement P2P VPN Connectivity with NADRA for CNIC verification over the Fiber media provided by Nayatel.
• Segregation of shared WAN Network links from Paktel.
