• Joined this company as a Sanitary ware lab and R&D head in April 2004 and promoted to Quality Assurance Manager for the group in September 2004, looking after the quality assurance department of the group covering three products and four plants. In 2008 promoted to Quality Manager.
• Looking after the all three products quality in general.
• Process control for all the plants and making process capability studies.
• Fault identifications and elimination.
• Managing QMS and other certifications issues. Besides ISO 9001:2000 Saudi Ceramic Company have CE, SONCAP, GS, PCT, SASO quality mark and Ukrainian quality certifications.
• Conducting Management review meetings for continual and business process improvement.
• Raw material quality checks and control.

Achievements:
• Reduction in rejection overall 4.5%
• Recycling of wastes.
• Reduction in customer complaints by 21%
• Total elimination of some pertaining faults.
• Improved the image of the company in market.
• Regaining some potential clients which were lost due to quality problems.

 Looking after the Raw materials selection and testing. Since the plant has a color and frit manufacturing facilities a comprehensive knowledge is acquired for the production of different colors and frits.
 Supervising the Laboratory operations of different routine process and production control testing and developments of color shades and glazes.
 Store Management for Technical, Raw Material and Packing stores.
 Manager third firing Department looked after the working and management of third firing.
Achievements:
 Developed the vendor understanding of raw material quality by imparting knowledge which improved the quality and reduced the time and labor of testing processing in the factory.
 Treatment in the factory to get a uniform material thus improving the products quality.
 Training and improving the working knowledge of the quality control staff for better and accurate reporting.
 As a Manager third firing my efforts increased the production and quality overall and reduced the rejections also new techniques and colors were developed.

 Mould Production was increased by 10% by developing a treatment for Plaster.
 Green losses were reduced to mere 0.1% by developing a new clay treatment process.
 Overall rejections were reduced to only 2.5%.
