Machines, producing 1 liter short neck 80 thousand bottles per day from Techne fully electrical 5
Cavity twin station machine co extrusion, 3 layer ( Clorox type bottle ), produced Vinegars, and
Clorox design 1 gallon bottle from 3 layer co extrusion machine, from 3 cavity twin station.
Produced Disinfectant, chemical and cleaning liquid bottles (Caltex type 4 and 5 liter bottle) 2
Cavity twins’ station machine with 20000 bottles per day in 22 hours. Produced 4, 5 liter bottles
Other design and 10, 20, 25, and 30 liter jerry cans for chemical, battery etc on other Kautex,
Bekum German, fonkee and parker Taiwanese and Tongda Chinese machines.
My work is to administer company policies, to achieve set production targets, cost savings, Monitor and maintain machines, and implement preventive maintenance to keep them up to date, maintain proper housekeeping, with personnel and machine safety from fire or any other emergency. Manpower supervision and training to ensure production with company quality standards, staff evaluation and proper job description. Maintain proper inventory, Process and resource optimization, Production planning, , minimize spare parts purchase and also to use locally available equivalent spare parts to monitor Quality management system.
