Prepare all Corporate project QHSE documents (Plans, process,
procedure, forms, etc.)
● Identify, Report, and Maintain the QHSE Risk register.
● Review of project-specific QA/QC Plan, provide comments wherever
necessary, and close out the comments based on revised submittal
and recommendation for approval from subcontractors.
● Prepare the Project Quality Plan and make necessary updates as
required by the client.
● Support the tendering team to prepare and update the Quality documentation required by the Clients.
● As a certification team leader, prepare, establish and maintain the QHSE documents, support the team while
ISO Audits and close out of any major or Minor NCRs raised by the Auditors.
● Prepare Material Submittals and Method of Statements as per the project specification.
● Conduct plant trials for concrete and necessary quality-control tests and confirm the quality of the material as
per the requirement.
● Schedule the QC tests on materials such as Concrete, Steel, Soil, Aggregates etc. and ensure compliance with
Project Specifications.
● Division Support member for Corporate TQM and Continuous Improvement team.
● In charge of the Implementation of DQC and DWM.
● Routine site inspection of site works.
● In-Charge for establishment of Electronic data and project management team
● Checks for all quality-related procedures at the site and ensure that the site activities are as per the approved
method statement and inspection test plan.
● Review engineering activity, provide support on technical issues and establish measures for process
performance.
● Schedule and perform Internal and Vendor evaluation Audits at the site and with subcontractors as scheduled
in the Project Quality Plan and issue the Audit reports and identified Non-conformances.
● Prepare all documents related to inspections & attend inspections with the client for all activities of the site &
ensure that it is as per the latest approved drawings and get approval.
● Control and monitor all activities related to the Quality Management System, QMS.
● Prepare method statements for the activity including risk assessment, job safety environmental analysis,
Inspection Test Plan, and Checklist based on project specifications.
● Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including Material submittals, QC Test certificates, Test
results, Non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other
QA/QC documents.

Review and approval of Material Submittals, Method Statements
and ITPs as per the project specification.
● Conduct trials for all Materials concrete and necessary quality
control tests and confirm the quality of the material as per the requirement.
● Coordinate with Material Inspectors for delivered materials, sampling and testing on all construction materials
such as but not limited to Concrete, Steel, Soil, Aggregates etc. and ensure compliance with Project
Specifications.
● Project audit and non-conformances reporting. Follow-ups for the close out of the correction and corrective
actions.
● Perform Root cause analysis for the NCRs issued by the client and propose suitable corrective action.
● Risk analysis and risk register management.
● Chair periodic QAQC meetings for the evaluation of current statistics and decision making for issue related to
Project Quality.
● Prepare and submit Periodic Quality Management Reports Client.
● Continuous Monitoring and inspections to ensure site works for compliance as per defined specification,
approved method statements and ITPs.
● Review engineering activity, provide support on technical issues, and establish measures for process
performance.
● Assisting QMS team in establishing Process and procedures; perform periodic Process Audits.
● Define and monitor Project KPIs related to Quality.
● Schedule and perform Internal & subcontractor Audit at site as per the Project Quality Plan.
● Review and Approval of all documents related to inspections & attend inspections with the client for all activities
of the site & ensure that it is as per latest approved drawings and get approval.
● Verify and approve method statements for the activity including risk assessment, job safety environmental
analysis, Inspection Test Plan, and Checklist based on project specifications.

Calibrations, Test results, Inspection requests, Non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations,
