The company specializes in conceptualizing and executing special events related to the entertainment and cultural fields in Qatar.

Job function:-
• Verify calculations and input codes in to the Accounts system. i.e. Tally.ERP 9
• Keep records of all transactions and ensure all filing is done timely and accurately
• Responsible for the preparation and processing of all invoices, purchase orders and cheques.
• Preparation of Monthly financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, forecasted cash flows) and following up on accounts payable and receivable amounts
• Maintaining and handling petty cash
• Preparation of bank reconciliations and bank transfers related to all events


2) Position: Finance & Accounts Executive

Job function:-
• Maintaining and recording of Supplier invoices and month end reconciliations
• Follow-up settlement for Accounts Payables (creditors' payments)
• Following up on Receivable Accounts (Debtors)
• Assisting the Finance Manager with negotiating quotations with suppliers (imports)
• Preparation of weekly/monthly accounts and schedules (Profit & Loss, Cash flows, Balance Sheet, relevant schedules, etc.)
• Maintaining petty cash issuing and following up on settlements
• Assisting the Finance Manager with documentation for processing of payroll
• Reconciliation of Bank Accounts
• Maintaining cheque book records and other bank account transfers
