Maintenance Supervisor Job Responsibilities:
• Manage the department's preventive maintenance task with an average 98% on-time completion rate.
• Initiate and implement cycle meters on critical equipments in order to prevent major loss of production due to equipment breakdowns.
• Reduce maintenance roadblocks and constraints through evaluation of current process, changed procedures and modified equipment resulting in improved productivity.
• Strive to reduce Maintenance Industrial Material Flow costs by establishing cost improvement targets and holding the manufacturing team accountable.
• Implementation of manpower scheduling and tracking tool used for two shifts of maintenance, including project work and vacation replacements with zero loss of production manpower.
• Use Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce inventory.
• Track, review and investigate all safety and environmental issues and close the same eliminating unsafe conditions.

Chief Mechanic Job Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate activities of technicians in setting up, installing, repairing, maintaining, dismantling and assembling machines and equipments, and in fabricating metal parts and tools.
• Diagnose malfunctions in machines and equipments based on observations and apply knowledge from past experience.
• Centrifugal Pumps: alignment shafts, changing bearing, impeller, casing and packing.
• Hydraulic System: checking oil levels, lines, hoses, pumps performance, and do all needed repairs and maintenance.
• Drawworks: adjusting brakes, clutches, chains, main bearing, complete maintenance
• Rotary Table: sprocket, chain, repair rotary clutch
• Traveling and crown blocks: test grease channel, bearing
• Rotary swivel: Test, change oil, wash pipe
• B.O.P and closing unit: test, repair valves, pump, repair kit
• Solids control equipment: change bearing, shaft, and grease cover
• Air compressors: repair hi &low valves
• Record parts and materials used, and order or requisition new parts and materials as necessary.
• Record repairs and maintenance performed.
• Observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment in order to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters and other testing devices.
• Study blueprints and manufacturers' manuals to determine correct installation and operation of machinery.
• Demonstrate equipment functions and features to machine operators.
