- Reviewed Project planning scheduling process to be in full compliance with the contract obligations and available resources.
- Produced monthly work progress / cost control reports, monthly invoices, and subcontractors’ payment approvals.
- Day to day liaison with the client, the Engineer and sub-contractors
- Contributed in subcontractors evaluations, and had set the responsibilities boarder line of agreements with the selected Subcontractors
- Supervised preparation of Engineering Submittals and Materials Selection
- Prepared the requests of materials for procurement department to proceed.

Responsibilities:
- Inspecting and ensuring that every phase of construction is produced according to the contract specification and my company’s standards
- Attended and witnessed all the laboratory testing and inspection of delivered Materials and products
- Preparation of QC Reports and non conformity reports when applicable.

Transmission Mains Project
A USAID financed project, under construction for The General Organization for Greater Cairo Water Supply (GOGCWS).
The contract was administered by CH2M-HILL International, and all construction was performed by CONTRACK- MORRISON KNUDSEN CORPORATION.
The Transmission main project consists of 18.2 KM of potable water piping 800mm to 1600mm
The project extended from El Fostat Water Treatment Plant into Ataba, Ramses, and El Guish Squares.
Responsibilities:
- Inspecting: Excavation, Soil Stabilization, Pipe Laying, cathodic protection, Backfilling and Surface Restoration (Pavement)
- Hydraulic Testing of Pipes, cathodic protection testing, lines cleaning and flushing
- Preparing Quality Control Reports
